Martial Art 中华武术

Martial Art is an intro level class covering the fundamentals of Chinese martial arts. Students will begin each class with a quick warmup and stretching and then practice the five basic stances and stretch kicks. After completing basics practice, time will be spent learning the first wushu form, wu bu quan, and later in the semester, staff basics will be introduced along with a mini choreographed partner routine. Ample feedback will be given by the instructor at all times, and students are highly encouraged to ask questions to better learn the techniques.
